Mr. Pollack has a distinguished track record of working with middle-market companies and
ownership groups to develop, execute and finance growth strategies, leading to successful
realization of shareholder value. He has focused primarily on healthcare information/SaaS and
medical technology businesses. He recently retired as CFO of LifeLoop, a PE-backed provider of
resident and staff technology solutions for Senior Living communities.
Before he transitioned into operating roles, Gregg spent much of his career as an investment
banker, including 12 years at Dresner Partners, working primarily with closely held, middle-market
businesses. His executive-level operating experience includes: CFO of Aperture Credentialing, a
PE-backed SaaS and tech-enabled services provider to health insurers; CEO of ExtendedCare
Solutions, a telehealth technology provider to hospitals and health systems; President & CEO of
MorCare, LLC, a care management software company; VP of Finance and Strategy for Morrisey
Associates, a credentialing and privileging software provider; and CFO and VP of Administration
for Pernix Group, a global specialty construction and power generation company.
Gregg earned an MBA in finance and a bachelor's degree in economics (with a concentration in
accounting) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a certified public
accountant (CPA) and co-founder/director of Sub-Q Bionics, an early stage medical technology
company.
