Lawrence Pier is a Managing Director at Dresner Partners focused on technology companies. Mr. Pier brings over 20 years of finance and technology experience and works extensively with technology companies with an enterprise value of $50-$300 million. As an investment banker, he has executed transactions for over $5 billion of total valuation advising on M&A and capital raises for high- growth technology and tech-enabled services companies.

Before joining Dresner Partners, Mr. Pier was an investment banker at Stifel, The Presidio Group, and ComCap in San Francisco. Prior to his finance career, he worked as an entrepreneur and as a consultant with high-growth software companies.
